Pretty vintage shiny black straw hat is trimmed on the wide brim all the way around with white stiffened silk that is a bit puffy, like a doughnut. It's from the Vintage Fashion Guild, and the inside circumference  measures 22" and it also has a hat tag of that size. The brim is 4" and the crown is 4.5" tall. It's in mint condition!
