It's topped with vintage pink dangling rosebuds, ribbon loops and flower, crystal leaves and opalescent shiny vintage leaves. It sits at a dramatic angle on the head for maximum style. ABOUT THE MAKER: I have been making hats since 2004. My hats have been showcased in the Kentucky Derby Museum in Louisville, Kentucky since 2010, when I received the Judges Choice Award. I am honored to have had a hat chosen for display at The Great Hat Exhibition in London in March, 2018.
